How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is processed, our standard delivery time is around 1-2 weeks. Express shipping is 3-5 business days.

How can I track my parcel?

We will also email you once your order has been shipped, with a tracking number for our courier in Korea.
We use AfterShip to track all our parcels. If you've ordered using your Shop app account details, your order will also show in the Shop app.
Once your parcel reaches Australia, AusPost will complete the delivery.
Why does shipping take so long?
Our products are coming to you directly from our suppliers in Seoul, South Korea.
We know the last thing you want to do is wait 2 weeks for your order. But having our suppliers in Seoul - the heart of all things k-beauty, means we can bring you new and trending products as soon as they hit the market.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we have the best, cost-effective international shipping carriers.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia.
We have big plans in the future to bring k-beauty products to New Zealand and the Pacific, so hold tight!
Can I return a product I no longer want?
We currently do not accept change of mind returns.
If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch with us immediately so we can assist.
